• LCD or plasma TV unpacked and checked for damage
• Wall bracket (not included in price) installed to an agreed position
• Set up and fitted to the wall bracket
• Cables concealed in surface-mounted containment (trunking)
• RF tuned or connected to an existing digibox
• Tested to ensure working as specified
• Signed-off as satisfactory before installers leave premises
