1-Jun-2007 sue: does this set have teletext or fasttext?

Easycom: yes it has teletext

5-Jun-2007 sean: can this tv support pc/laptop ?

Easycom: If you mean, can it be used a a second monitor, yes it can as it has a standard pc input port

7-Jun-2007 Mark: Is 1080i resolution the standard for this TV or does it just support 720p?

Easycom: it support s up to 1080i, which means that it supports everything up to that

8-Jun-2007 mld: is this compatible with xbox360,ps3.

Easycom: Yes it will work fine with Xbox

10-Jun-2007 Guy, Kent: Is this item wall mountable?

Easycom: Yes it is wall mountable

10-Jun-2007 mike: is this tv ok for a PS3

Easycom: It hasn't been tested on PS3. To be safe I would go with a T1 brand like Samsung or Sony etc.

20-Jun-2007 kent: What tv is better the acer AT3720 or the Viewpia LC-37IE12?

Easycom: they are both about the same quality, but I would say the Viewpia has a slight edge on build quality

20-Jun-2007 kent: by build quality what do u mean?

Easycom: The Viewpias have been over engineered on their chasis, so are far more robust ( will take a lot of hammer)

21-Jun-2007 barney: What does limited warrenty mean

Easycom: where does it say this?

23-Jun-2007 m c: i have cble tv so will this provide me with digital tv when the change over happens and will this tv be suitable

Easycom: cable tv is digital tv, so this TV is fine as long as you don't get rid of your cable

25-Jun-2007 smiffy: does tv come with wall mount if not how much is one

Easycom: No it doesn't come with a wall mount, I would use PF1 £79.97

25-Jun-2007 Jimbo, Derbyshire: Does this set have PIP?

Easycom: no it doesn't

26-Jun-2007 jim: could i connect my laptop to this screen and use it as a main monitor for pc use.

Easycom: Yes, there is a VGA input

28-Jun-2007 timmy: what the best, one said the acer AT3270better than the Viewpia LC-37IE12,others says the opposite, tell me wat is the best

Easycom: they are both very similar. The Acer has better connections which is probably the deciding factor, although the black contrast on the Viewpia is better

30-Jun-2007 Phil: is this tv compatible with home cinema system?

Easycom: Home Cinema systems are designed to project a TV's sound through a multitude of speakers, and connect through the sound inputs found on each set, so just about every unit, like this one, will be compatible.

30-Jun-2007 Kev: Which is better to watch Sky the Acer or the Viewpia

Easycom: we only have the Acer left in stock

6-Jul-2007 Michael: How much quality do you sacrifice buying say this 37" acr, over 26" samsung for a similar price? Also, will you be getting the viewpa back in stock, and if not how come your stock is so limited, where is it sourced from?

Easycom: depends what you want out of a tv. What do you want? what are you going to view onit & how big is your room? you can't compare these 2 as they are different sizes & specs. As for the Viewpia, we have had that model in stock since January , so not so limited. That model is now end of life. Viewpia will have new models out.

7-Jul-2007 Michael: My room is fairly large, 26" would fit fine without being too big, and 37" would not be too large for it. It will be used for watching ordinary and freeview tv, as well as playing xbox 360, and dvd's. I have noticed some of the chepaer tv's distort freeview, and was told this was a common problem whilst in a tv shop, do they both display a reasonable picture using freeview and normal non HD tv?

Easycom: we ahven't had a problem displayinf frooview through any of our low end TVs, It all comes doen to the quality of your aerial & how good your reception is. The TV shops are targeted on selling certain brands, so you will always get a biased view towards certain brands

8-Jul-2007 leon: can the stand of tv be removed

Easycom: yeas it can

8-Jul-2007 Andy: How long do you expect these to stay in stock and will you be getting more?

Easycom: at gtthe moment no, but we will be getting a 37" version of the Teco in to stock

12-Jul-2007 Gem: is this Tv compatible with Sky? will u be getting any viewpia 37" Tv's back in stock ?

Easycom: All TV's are compatible with Sky. We will not be getting any Viewpias back in to stock but will be getting a 37" version of the 40" Teco

14-Jul-2007 steve: is this still in stcck?

Easycom: we have sold out of these
