Jonathan: Hi this TV is graded (A2) and has a couple of dead pixels towards the edge of the screen.

vicki: As this Tv has integrated DVD player you should not require any additional cables as the power cable is already in the box. You will however need an aerial lead if you intend on watching freeview through the set as this is not supplied.

vicki : the speakers on this tv will be around 10w. in stereo.

vicki: dead pixels normally appear in the form of either a red , blue , or green colour which from a distance may not be as noticable. although this is somthing that would bother most people if this does occur. We do offer a pre delivery inspection on our tv's for £25.00 where we can physically check for any dead or missing pixels before making you purchase.

vicki: Depending on the age of the product will determine what we need to do with the goods. If the unit is faulty upon receipt of the goods then let us know straight away. If the product develops a fault within the first 28 days then still let us know as we may be able to repair or exchange the goods for you.
