Main Product Comments, Questions and Answers

8-Sep-2009 Andrew: We have SKY connected in the lounge. This TV is for our bedroom - to take advantage of the HD options, will I need to connect it to the SKY dish (via SKY decoder?), or can I simply connect it to my roof top aerial?

jeremy: You need to have a seperate cable, running directly from your Sky dish, into the TV. You cannot split the signal from your existing cable. This means that you need to upgrade you dish with a quad LNB

7-Jun-2009 shani: Do you need a dish just to watch the normal TV and the Freeview or can you get that straight away and sort out the dish for the Freesat at a later date.

jeremy: you only need a dish for freesat. Freeview works off a standard aerial

20-Nov-2009 LG 32LF7700 32 Inch 1080p LCD TV with Freesat: LG 32LF7700 32 Inch 1080p LCD TV with Freesat I am very interested in purchasing the above TV. Can you please confirm that it is 100Hz. How long does it take for delivery to Bangor area of Northern Ireland?

jeremy: delivery would be 2 to 3 days

2-Sep-2009 nitster: hi would this tv be able to play Divx/Xvid movies through the USB port? thanks

jeremy: The |USB port only supports JPEG and MP3

23-Aug-2009 Alan: Hi Is this TV 100 Hz?

David J: Yes, this is 100hz

15-Jun-2009 Alan: Consumption Operational 310 Watt This seams very high. Can you confirm this is correct.

david s: This is correct as per LG

25-May-2009 martin: `will it work with dtv mpeg-4 in the republic of ireland

jeremy: Yes it is Mpeg-4 compatible

2-Sep-2009 suggy: does this tv have freesat hd? and if i buy it how much does it cost for a dish installing at my house through your company please? thanks

jeremy: yes this does have freesat. Standard installation, including dish, is 100

5-Nov-2009 Adrian: Can you confirm that this TV has both FreeSat AND Freeview tuners and not just FreeSat?

jeremy: Yes it has both

26-May-2009 marty30@eircom.net: hi jeremy will the freesat work in ireland and has it got an analog tuner

jeremy: freesat works off the Astra satelite. obiously its not an Irish service as it is run by the BBC and ITV, but if you can get Sky then you should be able to get freesat, but you may have to get an aerial man to check it out. As for analogue, it has an analogue, digital and freesat tuner built in

30-Aug-2009 Ian: Your summary states that this TV has ethernet. Does this mean that I can stream media files from my PC?

jeremy: yes it does

20-Nov-2009 LG 32" 100Hz 1080p with Freesat: I propose to buy a Freesat enabled TV from you. Can you recommend a installer who can put up a Freesat dish for me. My postcode is BT23 7FH

jeremy: we can offer the install sevice for you. the code is INSTSDHD £99.97 This is a nation wide service

28-Aug-2009 Gillian: Which is the best bracket for flat to the wall?

jeremy: FL1 is the best flat mount

27-Oct-2009 Mick: If I plug in a USB memory stick, or USB hard drive, into the USB port can I record programmes using the EGP?

jeremy: no you can't

16-Oct-2009 bill: We currently have freesat via a Sky digibox/dish and also still have an aerial (currently not being used) which should now be receiving Freeview. If I were to buy this TV would we discard the digibox and connect the lead from the dish to receive all Freesat channels and also plug in the old aerial lead to receive all Freeview channels ?

jeremy: freesat needs a staelite dish, not an aerial, to receive its signal
