3-Jan-2012 C Piper: When a new tv is delivered do you offer a collection service for the old tv and stand? Is there a charge for this?

andy: Unfortunately, we don't offer a collection service.

4-Jan-2012 C Piper: I found this info on your website under WEEE regulations "for example, if a customer bought a new appliance from us we would accept their old appliance back and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. The recycling/disposal service is offered free of charge." Is this not correct as ideally I would want my old tv collected/disposed of?

jeremy: We can dispose of your old TV at no cost but we charge for collection, as we do for appliances.
