Freeview is a free digital UK terrestrial TV service offering over 30 TV channels and 20 radio stations, using the DVB-T standard. Full-HD NeoPDP Models with freesat built-in, Superb Moving Picture Quality and Advanced Networking Capabilities Panasonic introduces the new TX-P42G10

Building on the success of its award winning series of freesat models, Panasonic has also increased its freesat offering within this line-up of Viera TV Televisionss, ranging 14 models in screen sizes from 32 right up to 54 inches.

With the G10, 600-Hz technology lets you view superb full-HD motion and still images with 1,080 lines of resolution. For even greater clarity with motion images, Panasonic uses its own unique image-analysis technology. This technology converts the motion in each scene into data, then optimises the sub-field to display fast-action scenes in full-HD resolution. And each frame is displayed for a shorter length of time than in previous systems, to reduce aftereffects.

VIERA incorporate an improved panel production process and the new Real Black Drive system. A pre-discharge control system, the Real Black Drive system combines with NeoPDP technology to achieve next-generation black reproduction. When youre watching movies, VIERA renders images just the way the director intended, even in scenes where its difficult to achieve a proper balance of light and dark.
