Easycom: you need to channel everything through one device, your Sky bos is best. Thats what I do

Easycom: it only has a single HDMI or SCART on theback, so you will have to get a splitter to alternate the signal source through the home cinema

Easycom: Not with this system. the cheapest Sony that will support what you want is the DAV-DZ630 as it has seperate audio in channels

2-Feb-2008 Sid: I have chased scart leads ONLY into my wall and hung my tv on the wall, i realise now i made a mistake doing this. so without an HDMI lead and only scarts can i still connect my 360 and get 5.1 sound ? i also have a sky plus box, could i plug a scart splitter into this then my skyplus box and 360 into the splitter. is this the best way ?

Easycom: Sorry no, this is designed for playing disks only has no inputs. You need to go down the route of HT-SS1100 or HT-SF1100. these 2 are the entry level systems that will allow you to connect external devices

Easycom: This system plays standard DVDs - To connect the 360 audio to this system you would run the RCA output from the 360 directly to the system. Alternatively you could run the 360 audio output to the TV and run an audio output from your TV to the system instead.

6-Nov-2007 MRA: I have Virgin HD can I get surround sound from this product for normal TV programmes and Xbox 360 not just DVD. Does the TV have to be Bravia to get all the features from this system or will it work fully with all HD TV's.

Easycom: This will work with any HD television, not sure on surround sound for Virgin HD as this will depend on their service and the program, however will work with X Box 360 and DVD.
