Easycom: It all depends on what you want. If you want a really bassy unit, then yes but for movies it is more than adiquate. total output is 250 watts. if you live in the Huddersfield area, call in to our showroom for a demonstration, you won't be dissapointed

Easycom: yes there are multiple connections to add other devices

Easycom: yes they are different. optical only transmits sound HDMI does both picture and sound. this unit has no need for a HDMI socket as it is only a sound system

24-Sep-2008 Paulus: You did mention above that this item is the same as the one made by S&C, and they say they have HDMI inputs and outputs in their model details? Ive checked a few sites and they all confirm this - so does this one defintitly not have HDMI ports?

Easycom: this is the premium version made by S&C. if any other site states it has a HDMI then they're wrong. we have a close There is a more expensive version being trialed with HDMI connections, but as this doesn't have a DVD player having HDMI connections is a waste of time and money

Easycom: Yes it will easily hold a PS3. as good as a comparable home cinema system. it is contructed with Jamo speakers and amp

The output on these systems appears to vary between 400 and 1000w where as this one is only 250? Im close to the bristol area, is there anywhere i would be able to view/here it for myself?

Easycom: Sorry but I don't know of any reviews. it was featured in a back issue of Stuff as a must have gadget but no review was written.

Easycom: connect via optical and composite. It doesn't come with a DVD drive
